How presence helps shift unhelpful patterns that create suffering

All of us have unhelpful patterns, beliefs or ways of responding to our unconscious emotion that can create suffering in our lives. Sometimes these patterns and beliefs will recreate painful life situations over and over again. There is definitely a way out. Freedom requires the courage to stop, look inside and start seeing ourselves more clearly. Once we start to acknowledge our patterns or beliefs with compassionate honesty,  they will start to heal. Presence is an integral part of this process.See the video below.
