Mindfulness;Learning to Trust your deepest Self

There is an aspect of Mindfulness that is not often talked about.Mindfulness is about living in the present moment embracing the now with acceptance.However what this facilitates is far greater than initially realized. Being present enables us access to our deepest wisest Self. This could also be called awareness or some may call it listening to their heart. In life the more we can live with a deep connection to our hearts the more love and peace we will create in our lives. Learning to trust ourselves is all about accessing our deepest Self.
